Felt OK given not much running in the past 2 weeks.
100 TI drills
100 easy swim focus on dps
sets 1-3 focused on form throughout, not on speed
set 4 used tempo trainer to set a pace (1.1 sec/stroke) while continuing to also focus on form
Plan was to do a long run today. Started by trying to run w/o socks to see if I could do it w/o getting a blister. Got a blister. Had to stop, walk back home, get a band-aid, then finish the run, but cut it short due to other plans.
