I didn't think I ate that much yesterday. Traveling to Chicago for my daughter's tumbling competition today. I'll try to run or bike tonight when we get home. Megan did well, got 5th out of 9. She is doing a higher difficulty pass and did hit her head, but her difficulty score pulled her through ok. Alot of driving today and since I gave up soda and don't drink coffe and I get really tired driving, I ate. and ate. and ate. Eating keeps me awake. Not a good nutrition day, again. Oh, well...back to it tomorrow.

I think I'll take today totally off. We;ll see. My first early morning weigh in today. 188.5 BF% 10% Hydration 56.5%. I'm going to track and see how this goes. Probably not good after football and food toady. :)

pm "Friday Night Lights" ride. Started a little early. Up/Little Ring/during show Aero/Big Ring/Commercials.

3+ Hour Day!! I've wanted a day like this for awhile. Bama football and food tomorrow. Bought a new scale today that is supposed to measure body fat%. I know these aren't realy accurate, but should allow me to track a little anyway. Average weight today was 190, which is right where I thought I'd be and the body fat% ranged from 9.4% to 9.7% throughout the day. I will start taking it first thing in the mornings to get a consistant reading.

Nice day outside. 45-50 degrees and when I started not too windy(or at least that's what I thought). Felt good to get back outside and actually move on the bike. It turned out windier than I thought, but I gotta train in what I might race in.

am outside chilly run. Really not bad since the wind was not blowing hard. Felt good, had to hold back a little the first 1/2, but had to push a little at the end. I did get chased briefly by 2 dogs whose owner was chasing them.

Watched the last 45' of Biggest Loser (I still don't have cable in the garage). Big Ring/aero/hard for commercials (4 @ about 4' each) and Small Ring/up/zone 2+ for the rest.

Now I'm wishing I wasn't so lazy last night. Woke up this morning with what I think is a head cold. Stuffy nose and sore throat. So I have opted to take this morning off as well. We'll have to see what I feel like tonight after work. Felt better after a shower this morning. Will run tomorrow when/If it warms up and swim Friday morning (try too) with the new paddles.

November 5

Took this morning off. Legs were a little tired and I had to get the kids ready for the bus. Looks like I will only be able to swim on Friday this week as my wife is working alot. Oh, well, maybe the paddles I ordered will be in by then. Took the night off too as the legs felt tired and after all it is the off season.
