MS: 1' spin with each leg. One foot is clipped in, the other foot is unclipped, not pedaling. Then spin for 30" easy. Do this cycle 6x or for 15 minutes. After the 6th cycle spin high RPMS (95+) for 5', then repeat with 6 more cycles. After 6th cycle,

Ran inside the dome in Pekin. Not a track but you run around the outside of the field on artificial grass. Was nice, much much better than running outside in the cold.

Off Day. I haven't had one of these in awhile. I'm going to try out the indoor track tomorrow morning and really get started on my marathon training.

Had to stay the night at the company hotel in preparation for the freezing rain. The good part of that is the hotel has a nice workout room so I got a much needed run in. Also found out today that the local inflatable dome has an indoor track that has running times and it's free.
