Didn't get up before work again. Have some family over for dinner tonight, so probably no training tonight either. But plenty of eating today and tomorrow.

Off day today, I guess. I didn't get up before work and I had to do a little shopping after work so no training today. Probably the same for tomorrow and Christmas, but my legs probably can use the time off. The dome is open Wednesday to run off all (or at least some) of the Christmas calories.
