Good ride. 2 scoops Infinit in aerobottle, 2 in each of 2 gel flasks that I mixed in aerobottle with 2 bottles of water in cages and bought 2 at McDonalds. Didn't get through all of it, but didn't run out of energy or bloaty or sloshy.

After ride with aa9my. First ride with new Infinit. Didn't feel great towards the end. Kinda ran out of juice. Don't know if maybe I misjudged my mixture or if I have just eaten too much junk the last couple of days.

** or maybe it's because I drove over 12 hours yesterday, got home at 2am and got up at 6am.

Travel Day.  Lot's of driving and not so good nutrition.

Off/Recharge day.  At camp all day today, drive home tomorrow and Saturday.  Looking forward to having the family at home, not looking forward to the drive.  I'm thinking after 3 days totally off my feet, my heel will feel better (been some pain there while running, plantar fasci???) and I'll be chomping at the bit to train.
