Yep logging Stretching and Ice Massage. Need to do 3/day to get this foot healed up quickly.

Went to doc yesterday.  Seems I have tendonitis in my foot.  Same foot with the plantar fasciitis.  Now I'm on a modified activity schedule (nothing that bother the foot), ice massages, stretches, and anti-inflammatories.  Should be better in a few weeks.  If not, MRI time.  Good news, he didn't think it was a stress fracture

Alarm was set for 4am, but phone rang at 3am.  My Father-n-law is battling Luekemia and had to be moved to the ICU.  My wife had to go to hospital.  He is doing ok this morning.  Just a little precautionary over reacting by the hospital floor last night, but better over react than under.  I got the girls out the door and went to work 1/2 hour late.

Didn't get to workout this morning, but better nutrition starts today.  I'm trying to give up caffeine.  Hitting the decaf coffee this morning.  I have been mixing 1/2 and 1/2 the past week.

I made a doc appt. for this coming Friday.  I'll start easing back into training this week and then see what the doc says.
