Didn't run, but DID push a double stroller through the zoo for 3 hours today. There was a lot of stopping to put hats back on heads and point at hippos, so I'm only counting it as an hour.
Back to workouts! Thanks to my awesome friend and neighbor who agreed to kidswap FOUR DAYS each week in the name of exercise, feeling good, and staying sane. The altitude was a little much, I need to hydrate better throughout the day.
