Took it to the next level and did the advanced balance and stretching routines at the end, and also attempted the advanced breating technique section. Both add-ons were quite difficult, but I can already see advances (slight) in flexibility and stability. Still got a long way to go.

I forgot how challenging this stuff is. My wife thinks it hysterical to watch a guy who's 6'2", 245ish lbs do yoga at 6am :) I, on the other hand, can really see how this will help my snowboarding and surfing (as well as golf) as you really learn to use your core for strength and balance. That being said, this is not going to be an easy rode....I have a lot of flexibility, strength, and balance to learn :) I think I'm up for the challenge though.
