[b]Today's Highlights:[/b] Good workout - I have figured out my little 'plan' as far as the bike goes. At my gym, they have individual TV's on each cardio unit. So, I throw on something like Sportscenter and keep a moderately aggressive pace during the show (~100 RPM) and during the commercials I kick it in and race a bit faster (~120 RPM). Kind of like HIIT work, but you're at the easier pace for longer - not that 100 RPM is [i]easy[/i] for me right now. [b]Today's Lowlights:[/b] I hate being in rough spots, financially....saving for a house just sucks ass.

Took it to the next level and did the advanced balance and stretching routines at the end, and also attempted the advanced breating technique section. Both add-ons were quite difficult, but I can already see advances (slight) in flexibility and stability. Still got a long way to go.

[b]Today's Highlights:[/b] We're seeing improvement here :) [b]Today's Lowlights:[/b] Was supposed to be a w8 night, but leaving work at 6 just throws my schedule way off...opted to go home and do yoga instead. better than just calling it a day, I suppose.

I forgot how challenging this stuff is. My wife thinks it hysterical to watch a guy who's 6'2", 245ish lbs do yoga at 6am :) I, on the other hand, can really see how this will help my snowboarding and surfing (as well as golf) as you really learn to use your core for strength and balance. That being said, this is not going to be an easy rode....I have a lot of flexibility, strength, and balance to learn :) I think I'm up for the challenge though.

[b]Today's Highlights:[/b] Good to be back on the weights...I don't seem to have lost any strength. By the way, this must have been Yummy Mommy day at the gym - tons of hot 30-40-somethings working out. :D [b]Today's Lowlights:[/b] I was absolutely exhausted at pulldowns to the point where I didn't do one more back movement, two bicep movements, and two tricep movements. It's just too much, I think for me to handle right now. I think I'm going to go to more of a push/pull workout schedule with quads being worked on push days and hammies being worked on pull days. I'll hit everything at least once a week (with abs both days) and then, if I need/want an additional day in the gym, I'll work whatever I feel is lagging (who knows, I may get into this lifting thing again :) )
