[b]Today's Highlights:[/b] Super fun with minimal crowds. We just kept lapping the mountain. I was boosting off the last kicker in the lower park too. I also learned to ride switch today.
[b]Today's Lowlights:[/b] I realized how much better my brother and Brent are than me :)

[b]Today's Highlights:[/b] The weather was awesome. I even ended up with a sunburn on the back of my next. Bikinis were floating around every once in a while too :)
[b]Today's Lowlights:[/b] I got worked on a flat rail and kind of tweaked my left arm. No worries though - I'm fine.
March 10
I really need to get more cool/cold weather training clothing so I can actually get outside more for bike training.
[b]Today's Highlights:[/b] Up and done with my w/o by 6:30. Also, my brother is coming down tonight. We're going snowboarding both days this w/e (weather pending) and I couldn't be happier.
[b]Today's Lowlights:[/b] Legs didn't seem to want to turn this morning. I just kept it at a steady pace and cruised. I got my 'target' distance in, so I feel as though the w/o was not a loss.

March 9
Kept a wicked fast pace the whole time. Really got the heart pumping. Only supposed to do 15 minutes. Ran 20 extra seconds than the last run I had, but got an extra 0.13 miles. I dipped below 9 min/mile for the first time in years! AWESOME!!!
there's definitely a low-pressure system over us. My knee is aching like a SOB!
[b]Today's Highlights:[/b] Great run. Great Pace. I was very happy with my training. I'm not sure if I am supposed to be doing an 'easy' pace with these lower time workouts, but I don't care. It felt great to run at that pace.
[b]Today's Lowlights:[/b] This project at work is becoming geometrically impossible w/o some MAJOR redesign. And my boss is in Penang, Malaysia right now. Hmmmmm.....

This management thing is getting to be a little more under control, but it still took me an hour from the time I decided to leave until the time I walked out of the office. Getting out on the road was too much of a hassle - exercise bike it was.

[b]Today's Lowlights:[/b] I really need to do more of my bike training on the road.

Unintentional day off. I was supposed to get in a yoga session at night, but work has been keeping me far too busy. I'm actually really pissed I missed it. Maybe I'll do some ab work tomorrow night after my bike ride to make up for it. This is the first scheduled training I've missed since I started getting into this stuff. Fortunately, it's not a run or bike session. I'd be really fried then.

Didn't feel all that good going into it, but I just kind of turned it on and got into a groove. I'm suprised at the pace.

[b]Today's Lowlights:[/b] I'm the manager for the week at work. I hate babysitting.
