Nice little ride on the stationary bike. Nothing much else to say. I really felt my pace pick up as I rode. Not sure if that's what you want to do, but it felt good to 'build.'

Today's Highlights: Good workout and the dog is behaving a bit better today. Today's Lowlights: Gotta do a design review this week at work. I HATE these things.

Did a little bit better today w/o the pooch in tow. My legs just never really loosened up and my gate just never seemed to open up. That being said, today's run felt good. I've felt a bit sluggish lately - like I've plateaued (sp?) a bit and am slipping backwards. Not sure how to go about with that. I'm not too worried though - the training is more for health reasons (weight, BP, etc) than for performance - although, I would like to increase my AG performance :)

Today's Highlights: Did a whole lot of nothing today - and enjoyed every minute of it. We had some friends over last night and we went out to Hibachi (I love Japanese food - and beer) and I partook of more than a few libations. :) Today was spent recovering - no hangover, just sluggish. Today's Lowlights: Not much - ran some errands with the dog (in the truck) today. He got his head caught in the window - he stuck his head out the back window and ended up closing it (automatic windows) on his neck because 'Dad' forgot to lock the windows today.

Still got the sore throat (trying some Zicam), but got on the (stationary) bike and cruised today. Nice easy pace for a long ride. Haha! The pup has no idea what to think when he sees me on that thing!

Today's Highlights: I keep on keeping on. I love seeing the distances and times grow as I keep up with my workouts. Today's Lowlights: Sore throat is kicking my ass (exercise makes it feel better - weird). Work has been...interesting...lately. Lots of changes going on.

I've got a sore throat, but I figured 'what the hell' and went out to give it a shot. I took the pooch with me today. Little bugger kept stopping (and yanking me) and getting underfoot. That being said, it was fun to run with him and I'm sure Tek enjoyed the exercise. My pace slowed down, but I enjoyed the longer run. I'm pretty happy altogether with the workout and glad I 'sucked it up' and got out there.

Today's Highlights: Got my workout in, even though my throat isn't feeling well. I'm real happy about it. Also got the dog a hell of a workout. Today's Lowlights: Throat is scratchy (I have a fwog in my fwoat - remember that commercial). I really don't want to come down with something. Might have to pump up the Vitamin C intake.
