Legs were a bit tired for the run but it was an E pace run so no worries. Swim was pretty good in a very crowded pool. Circle swim with 3 of us sharing a lane for a while.

Trainer
This rain is getting old. Spent the one sunny evening this week catching up on lawn work.
I don't mind the trainer on a weekday morning, but we are going camping this weekend and I would really rather not spend Saturdays bike ride on the trainer under the awning.
