Meh, should have stayed in bed! :(  Never could get the legs to loosen up and start moving, then I experienced one of the hazards of running on old sidewalks in the dark.  Found a lip or a joint in the sidewalk that raised up about an inch and a half, wound up heading for the ground face first!  Now I have road rash on my left palm, right leg and hip, plus the right thumb is jammed up!  Then to top it off, it was a few feet away from the bus stop where 3 very nice ladies were waiting for their bus.  Oh well, I'll heal and the run is done! :)

I think I need a vacation, but I think the closest to that before Disney will be another trip to CA in early November.  10 days and Connie is going with me this time so we can do some sight seeing over the weekend.

Nothing this morning, the legs need a break! :)  Lasts nights workout did stretch them out good! Planning on stopping by the Y on the way home for my weekly dose of purple for the graph! :)

Finish the cut back week this weekend with a short run Saturday and only a 12 miler Sunday.

We have snow this morning, probably will melt as soon as the sun comes up, but it sure seems early!  Maybe its because summer was all but non-existent this year!

TGIF!!!

Got my slice of purple for the week!  Had a nice mellow swim going in the pool with just me and one other then open swim started in the other half of the pool and it was like caddie day at bushwood! :)
