I woke up early to head to the Y for a swim. Didn't feel like getting up so I went back to bed, it is the off season after all! Only downside to that is that with my travel schedule this week it may be my only opportunity this week.

Out on the mountain bike while Connie walked.
Not sure what today will bring. I have a lot of chores to do, pretty much what happens when I am not home for months on end. Plus I have another travel week coming up. NYC all day Tuesday, then fly to Dallas Wednesday and return Friday.
It is very nice out for November so maybe if Connie goes for a walk this afternoon I will jump on the mountain bike and ride along with her.

Treadmill 1% incline
Core/abs
Slow and easy run. Felt pretty good for the most part, a little tightness in the glutes that worked itself out.
Started up with an short strength workout too. I will build on that over the next couple of weeks and make some strength training a bigger piece of the off season.

I thought about getting up for a work out this morning, but got busy doing nothing. I am kind of limited to swimming for another day or 2 and if I am going to swim at the Y I like to be there when they open. I feel good enough to run, but going to give it a few more days. The bike is on a tour of Florida with my parents so I wont have that till next week. I would like to do some strength work soon too.
Lots of things to catch up on at home too.
