Made it home last night on time, which meant in bed at 1:45. Back up to pack and head to Dallas this morning. I think I have tomorrow morning free to catch up on some sleep and maybe a short run.
PLEASE can the weather gods give me a smooth flight, I am getting close to ripping an arm rest off of an airplane seat!!

I woke up early to head to the Y for a swim. Didn't feel like getting up so I went back to bed, it is the off season after all! Only downside to that is that with my travel schedule this week it may be my only opportunity this week.

Out on the mountain bike while Connie walked.
Not sure what today will bring. I have a lot of chores to do, pretty much what happens when I am not home for months on end. Plus I have another travel week coming up. NYC all day Tuesday, then fly to Dallas Wednesday and return Friday.
It is very nice out for November so maybe if Connie goes for a walk this afternoon I will jump on the mountain bike and ride along with her.

Treadmill 1% incline
Core/abs
Slow and easy run. Felt pretty good for the most part, a little tightness in the glutes that worked itself out.
Started up with an short strength workout too. I will build on that over the next couple of weeks and make some strength training a bigger piece of the off season.

Treadmill 1.5% INCLINE
Core, shoulders and arms
Nice to finally get a workout in this week! Legs felt good, glutes still a little tight but loosened up so I upped the speed and threw in some striders.
It will be nice to get home tomorrow and spend a nice long week there!!
