I did the strength training early, now headed off for the 5K!
Wasn't sure what to expect today since it is the first time running short and fast in while! Better than I thought it might be, but I have a little work to do to get back into 5k/10k speed. Pretty happy with the race though, I hope next year they add timing and take it up to the next level of support. They had a great turnout, and for 5 bucks, it was a great time.

Easy trainer ride followed by some nice stretching. Feeling pretty good this morning.
Doing a new 5K here tomorrow, probably pretty small with very few bigger race type amenities. Should be fun!

Connie wanted to stay after work to workout, so I stayed with her and did an easy treadmill run. Hammies awfully tight tonight.

Back in the cave this morning! Good workout but was hoping for an hour on the bike, but took too long getting the bike set up on the trainer and just plain procrastinating getting downstairs this morning.
As someone who flies a lot I like knowing that all possible steps and technologies have been taken to ensure the flight is safe. To those that think it is too invasive, take the bus!

Nice run with Dudley this morning. Always nice to have someone to run the long training runs with! Finally feeling fully recovered from IMFL as the legs moved a little better this morning. Still need to work back up to 4 or 5 runs a week but that will come over the next few weeks.

Core and abs
Busy day!
I need to get on the bike more and longer the next couple of weeks. Planning either a half or full century in 2 weeks out at my CA home. Getting through with most of the immediate projects so we can get the Christmas stuff up tomorrow I think.
