Hotel treadmill 1%
I was going to wait and run tonight when I go down to San Diego. Love running along the harbor there, and I may still. But I woke up early and decided to hit the weight room and go for a treadmill run. Unfortunately the weight side of the room was fairly busy so I just got on the treadmill for a run.

legs, core, Dud ITB, easy shoulder and back
Hit the weight room for some strength training before hopping on the treadmill for an easier effort run. Tried to work the shoulder a little bit with very light weights. No pain at all and the range of motion is good.
Does anyone else find the humor in McDonalds having a sign offering a braille menu at the drive through window? The cashier thought I was a bit strange laughing at that this morning.

Up early and already at the airport for my flight to San Diego. Always a little tougher to leave on the weekend and miss the family time, but with the costs of flights now a days, I need to spend the full week there to make it worth while. If everything goes smoothly with the flight I am hoping to get a run in when I get there.
Pretty good flight for the most part, although it must be a little bit of turn about is fair play since I normally come out here this time of year to much better weather than home. Not so much this time, home is warm and mostly sunny and here it is in the low 50's, high winds and rain.

Headed out around the lake with Dud, got to the top of Miller hill and it was raining so we headed north instead to try and stay close to home. Turned out to be hillier and and rainier than if we had continue on the original path. Pretty good time and glad to finally get outside for a ride. Thanks Dud!
I think the spin class to some degree, and definately more so the bike program that Jorge put on here has me climbing pretty good for March!
