I was hoping to do something outside, but it is just craptastic out there so hit the basement for some weights and a trainer ride.

Shoulder and arms including PT
Waited till this afternoon hoping the rain would let up and I could get outside for at least a run. Decided to hit the basement and do a bike ride, got into the hockey game so I jumped over to the treadmill. Not quite a brick as I took about 15 minutes to switch over.

Only got the run in this morning, Molly woke me up early and I got messing around on BT and catching up on some work emails and before I knew it I was going to have to choose between strength training or a run. Sun was coming up and the temp in the mid 50's, the choice was clear to me!

Disappointed with my swim this morning, shoulder is still more of an issue than I had hoped. Worked on my kicking and some other things to take the impact off it so it wasn't overly aggravated. Fortunately I dragged my PT along with me to the pool so he gave me a few more things to work on. Thanks Dud, I appreciate it!

Hotel treadmill
Stuffy hotel treadmill, I guess it helps sweat off a little more than normal.
