Long day and a late night yesterday, finally got to bed about 11:30. Staying in Newark DE last night. So I figured I would run this morning before heading to DC. But I didn't sleep real well and for some reason I wanted to roll over onto my bum shoulder alot last night. Woke up to pouring rain and just decided to sit in the hot tub instead. Felt pretty good actually!
It looks like the weather will clear tomorrow and I am staying downtown so running around DC and all the historic sites will be fun.

With Molly
Great morning for a run, legs a bit heavy though. (So is the rest of me I think but I am afraid to look!) I took Molly our for a short run (or fast walk for her). She is doing better running but still gets distracted easy. There were a lot of distractions this morning. She is funny though, when she has had enough, she just stops. She will run back toward home, but nor further away from home.

Rode up to Rochester with Dud and then did the 5K at CP Rochester. Good time, but felt I should have been faster. It was about 1300 feet of climbing but it was a great morning to be out doing this stuff!
Y met us there and we all rode home together. Lots o fun, thanks Dud and Yvonne!

Good run but a little slower this morning. Probably some due to humidity, some due to the miles of walking yesterday. Somehow stumbled into some Real Estate Woodstock type rally in the National Mall. Not sure what that was about, but maybe they were bidding to see who would get the White House listing?
Time for some quality time with my steering wheel.
