Good run but a little slower this morning. Probably some due to humidity, some due to the miles of walking yesterday. Somehow stumbled into some Real Estate Woodstock type rally in the National Mall. Not sure what that was about, but maybe they were bidding to see who would get the White House listing?
Time for some quality time with my steering wheel.

Long day and a late night yesterday, finally got to bed about 11:30. Staying in Newark DE last night. So I figured I would run this morning before heading to DC. But I didn't sleep real well and for some reason I wanted to roll over onto my bum shoulder alot last night. Woke up to pouring rain and just decided to sit in the hot tub instead. Felt pretty good actually!
It looks like the weather will clear tomorrow and I am staying downtown so running around DC and all the historic sites will be fun.

Moving a little slow this morning, but it is due to working hard all weekend to get everything done, which we did!!
I stepped on the scale last night after cleaning up and was pleasantly surprised to have both the weight and body fat number as low as they have been since peak training for IMFL in 2010! I honestly had felt heavier than ever!
