Another bike ride on the trainer. Finished the book actually faster than I thought as there was a 30 or so pages of pictures at the end.
I highly recommend Chrissie's book, good read!

More riding and reading, only 50 pages to go or so. Probably finish it tomorrow. Then I will put more structure to my bike time. Although, I must say that I am happy where my bike fitness is heading.

7% Incline
Nothing this morning, not sure what the day will bring.
Lunch time walk on the work treadmill. Ramped it up to about 4.5 mph and tried a slow jog, didn't bother the shoulder so hopefully when I see the doctor next week I can see what if anything running wise he may allow.

Not a strong effort, but more of a continued endurance build.
I am having a harder time than I imagined I would convincing Connie that doing IM Cabo San Lucas is a good idea. We have access to a condo through our time share there. And I know she likes to escape the March weather and what better place than that? It seems she is comfortable with the IM in Florida or LP since family is either with us or not far away in case something happens and that wouldn't be the case here. Since it doesn't seem the race is filling quickly we have decided to wait at least a few weeks to see how my recovery goes and let her think about it.
