Nothing this morning, not sure what the day will bring.

Lunch time walk on the work treadmill.  Ramped it up to about 4.5 mph and tried a slow jog, didn't bother the shoulder so hopefully when I see the doctor next week I can see what if anything running wise he may allow.

Not a strong effort, but more of a continued endurance build.

I am having a harder time than I imagined I would convincing Connie that doing IM Cabo San Lucas is a good idea.  We have access to a condo through our time share there.  And I know she likes to escape the March weather and what better place than that?  It seems she is comfortable with the IM in Florida or LP since family is either with us or not far away in case something happens and that wouldn't be the case here.  Since it doesn't seem the race is filling quickly we have decided to wait at least a few weeks to see how my recovery goes and let her think about it.

Another trainer ride reading the book, starting to enjoy it a little bit more.  The early parts about her pre-triathlon life was good, but the training and racing is more interesting to me.  Although I don't think she could have written the book without telling her whole story.
