Good run in a light rain. Ran around SUNY Albany, for a State university system crying poverty every budget season, they sure are putting up a lot of nice new buildings.Ran short like the doctor wants, seems short on one hand but after being away for a month I can tell the conditioning needs the slow build too. TGIF!
