I did my shoulder PT then hit the road for a run. Went the hillier route this morning, it felt good to work harder but it also shows the amount of work left to get back to where I was.

Didn't quite get in all the bike this morning, got a little bit of a late start doing PT and I wanted to get all my weight training in too.
I have been giving a lot of thought to hiring a coach for next year. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.

Shoulder and right arm stuff
I did the shoulder PT then went downtown to run up Main Street and back. Figured since it had been a while since I went this far I had better finish easy rather than the other way around. I need to get serious about following the plan for the marathon.
Yesterday Connie and I went to the car show and Bo and Daisy Duke, or the actors that played them were there. I got pictures! So this guy standing beside me says "she looks a lot older than she does on TV." No shit? Ya think?
