Legs, core, shoulders and arms.
Doubt any training today, too many meetings.
Meetings and afternoon group event got done with some extra time so I hit the weight room to do some strength training. Interesting development though has me concerned. Doing some forward lunges I felt something that popped in my upper quad that really felt like I was hit with a jolt of electricity. It was on the last one, and I looked at my Ipod that was in my pocket thinking it shocked me, but it became clear that it was either a tendon or muscle issue. It is very isolated and confusing, can only feel it very slightly with out engaging it in a hip flexor stretch., Icing it now with some advil. Hopefully nothing to be concerned with.

Times are off of my Garmin with a couple minor adjustments for my inability to push buttons in a timely fashion! I didnt where it for the swim since I couldn't swim all out, and mostly walked it. Total time 1:26:XX, but I will adjust everything once the splits are posted.
Love the race, as it is fun to hang with friends before and after! Plus the course is pretty nice too!
I did try some freestyle strokes and the shoulder felt good, but I kept the reach short. Mike was laughing at me when I did the right arm extended side kicking saying he had never seen anyone doing TI drills in a race!
