I was going to get up and swim this morning so that I get all my swimming in this week, but I didnt!  I will try and do it at lunch or on the way home. 

I may wait until Wednesday lunch to swim, the kids are off school today and tomorrow so that place will be a zoo.

Some fun and frolicking in the cement pond.  Actually felt better than last week and held the pace a bit better the last 500 yards.

Much better long run than last week, same course.  Ran about 30 seconds a mile faster and was much more comfortable.  It was a bit cooler this week, wore long sleeves and light gloves.

Tried to push a little harder than last week, 192 watts avg for two hours wasn't bad, but it did drop from 194 over the last 45 minutes. 

At least the weather is going to cooperate for tomorrows long run! Assuming the weather man is right for a change!
