Not a happy camper.  Took off for my 14 mile run and got 2 miles in and developed a nasty stomach cramp.  Tried walking it off, tried running again, tried stretching, nothing so I walked the 2 miles home.  Still now it is still very uncomfortable  I hope this is just something I ate, but I fear that since I come from a family history of gall stones, and I am the only one that still has a gall bladder that it could be that. 

Hopefully it will pass and I can try to run this again tomorrow.

So I was going to run my normal YMCA 6 mile course this morning.  But running down on the pier, the little gnat like bugs were so thick I had to cover my mouth and nose to keep from swallowing them. Since my normal route would have me running along the lake front and then another loop on the pier, I decided I would go back up town and avoid the water. 

It's Melanoma Monday!  My wife and mother in law are both survivors of this dangerous cancer.  Please use sun screen, have any suspicious spots checked early and stay out of tanning booths!!
