Not a happy camper.  Took off for my 14 mile run and got 2 miles in and developed a nasty stomach cramp.  Tried walking it off, tried running again, tried stretching, nothing so I walked the 2 miles home.  Still now it is still very uncomfortable  I hope this is just something I ate, but I fear that since I come from a family history of gall stones, and I am the only one that still has a gall bladder that it could be that. 

Hopefully it will pass and I can try to run this again tomorrow.
