Going to take a couple of recovery days.  Not feeling terrible, but a few sore muscles in the legs and shoulders.  Heading home this afternoon, but we are taking our time and won't be home till Wednesday.

Swim was a disaster, or more like a WWF cage match.  Tight course and no room to swim, it wasn't wetsuit legal but that was anticipated.

I was happy with the bike, although I think I am on the cusp of breaking out here.  Just have to fix some back or piriformis issues. 

The run time wasn't great, but considering it was 91 and sunny, I am not going to complain.  It was a 3 loop course with 2 steep hills one after the other, I walked those and the aide stations so my run time was pretty good, it was the walking that cost me.  The legs held up well, the heat and lungs provided a challenge as well as the head to some degree.

Good race all in all, 5:39 something so it is a PR. 

More when I get home and get better internet and can unload my Garmin.

Rest and relax day.  Need to really hydrate today, temps in the 90's for tomorrow.  Hopefully can get through most of the race before it heats up too much.  It has been a couple of years (IMFL 10) since I got this uptight/nervous/excited for a race!!

Run felt real good after 1st mile warm up.  Held 7:45's for the other two.  Everything working good on the bike.  I am using 808's and I bought an aero helmet to embarrass my wife so hopefully with the earned speed and borrowed (bought) speed I will have a good bike time.
