I intended to run then swim but Sunday at the Y for some reason is a zoo.  It didn't help that I started later than I intended for the run.  By the time I got to the pool every lane was double and there were 2 on the deck trying to get a lane.  Life's too short for that when I can go on a weekday morning without waiting.
