I have been 100% with PT this week!

Early swim with Dud, he swam 2 lengths I swam 1.  Choppy water made it a bit of a challenge without the wetsuit.

Apparently black sharpie is SPF 50 or something as I have the number 32 tan line on my arm.

Nice hour long massage and she really got into the ITB, piriformis and the shoulders. Sore but in a good way!

I did 45 minutes on the trainer this morning, BT keeps giving me an error when trying to up load it.  I will try again later.  Still have a 3 mile easy run to get in and a deep tissue massage this afternoon.

6:14 something.  Not my best day this year, but considering it is my 3rd HIM in 7 weeks and 2nd race this weekend, throw in some heat and humidity I guess this is what I get. (Oh, and I forgot my wetsuit!)

God bless the family of the man that was fatally injured in yesterdays race on the bike. 

There was another wreck today that happened at an aide station.  I heard she was air lifted out.  When I came through it was just the volunteers at the aid station helping her.
