Felt good and maintained a steady pace through mile 23 other than a rest room break at mile 17.  After that the feet and quads rebelled and I slowed more than I had hoped.  I was on a 3:43 - 3:45 pace until then.  So this is a great PR as the best time prior was 4:02, but a little disappointing that I couldn't hold for the last 3 or so miles.
