Some time on the bike then ITB PT and stretching. We decided to slow things down running wise this week to be on the cautious side, but things are improving. Just a bad time to have any set backs.

Should be a zoo here today. We are having our industry lobby day here in Albany. The gun folks on both sides of the debate have chosen today for their rally. Oh joy!

Treadmill

Easy pace run on the treadmill after ITB PT exercises.  Followed it up with some time on the foam roller and lacrosse ball.  I would put the ITB and hammy at 85 - 90%.  Ok at an easy effort.
