Very windy. VERY VERY windy.
At times I went 20km/h DOWNHILL, pedalling fast and with effort. Wind was 40-50km /h, gusts up to 80. Pffff..
It should have been an easy ride and i tried to keep it that way, but that darn wind sure made it difficult.
Planned training: Bike (Z2) 2:30 Weather: +16C, mixed clouds, very very very windy.

T = 15min (Had to change completely and dry myself off, I was soking wet)
It was raining cats and dogs, an idiot cut me off with his car with me 48km/h and I saw a terrible car crash. Pretty eventful. And very wet.
First 10min tempo, I managed 2.57km, thats 3:55 /km and I didn't go max but controlled it! I'm getting faster!

The chart is very rough, I was above 174 in all of the Z5 intervals.
