Felt good today. before the ride I was feeling slow and sluggish.
During the first interval my legs got really tired, but that went away and I was feeling quite strong.
Planned training: Bike (WU/3x6'Z4+4'Z2/Z2/CD) 1:15 Weather: +22C, sunny, some clouds, getting less moisty, windy.

Forgot my HR.
No problemo though, did my intervals HARD! 4x(4'Z5 + 4'Z2)
Rest was spinning Z2/Z3
Felt _very_ sluggish today. No real power, arms hurt, lots of calve and stomach cramps. Something is wrong with me.
Probably have to go let my thyroid checked again.
Z3 run. Hilly course.
40' interval run wont happen today, I really feel shitty. I'll do it after tomorrows swim, if I'm up to it.

HR was very high today. Heavy run, but too slow for that effort.
Got really bad stomach cramps at 46' mark, pace slowed to a crawl and couldn't stand upright. Should have taken something to drink with me.

Did 1500m straight in 29'
Took it easy, had some sprints (past slower swimmers) and slowdowns (stuck behind slower swimers)
Overall good effort and my speed is coming along nicely!

Adventure race. Trekking, run most of it.
Hills and swamps, we tried to take mostly roads and kep our feet dry. Well, my mates feet got soaked at 1:59 and mine at 2:18 into the race.
Did some stupid mistakes in 4 points, lost about 30min in there alltogether.
Wether was hot, +25C and we ran out of drink about 4h mark. So next 2hs was without anything to drink, that was tough. Then we got into waterstation and filled up.
Overall good effort from both of us, really happy about the distance and I think we did quite well. Results probably Monday.
