MTB. Mud, mostly roads still. Fun, had great company today! :)
Heavy, I was not in the greatest condition. HR wayyyyy high. Did 6x(2' Z3+ + 3'Z2), rest was suppose to be Z2, but in reality first 30min Z2, then faster sections Z4 + Z3. HR was difficult to keep low.

1st lap Z2, 200m b5 (18:00) (900m) 2nd lap Z2/Z3 efforts (900m) Diagonal easy down (600m) Cold, got leg cramps in the last 600m.
