WU 3km St 10' RE 11x 50m + 50m Sp 4x 50m + 50m 3x 1500m @160 + 300m E 1km Sp 3x 80m + 80m CD 500m Was relatively easy, coach only wanted to get the picture what my speeds and HR are.
Group ride. Really easy, some faster sections, got boinked. I am not used to the saddle nor the length of such a training.
