6:00am - Got up before the rest of the family and went out for a ride.  I did an out-and-back route, with the turnaround being at the top of Cathedral Ledge.  It was a great climb, but I was very nervous on the way down, as I was convinced I was going over the handlebars because of how steep the road was.

Packed up and drove to North Conway today for a weekend of camping with the family.  After dinner, I went out for a short run.  I took it easy because my legs were a little tired from last night's race, and I wanted to save some energy for tomorrow morning's ride to Cathedral Ledge.

9:30pm - It felt great to finally get back (sort of) on my workout schedule after a rough week last week and a long weekend on the bike.  I went up to the "Y" for lap swimming, and thankfully had a lane to myself most of the time.  The only time I had to share, it was only with one other person.
