7:00pm - My shins were starting to feel better today, but in the late afternoon I started having some strange tightness/soreness in one of my calves, so I decided to skip my run.  I figured that I'm better off resting instead of trying to squeeze in one more run before the race on Sunday.

Tuesday - November 4

8:30am - Shins still a bit sore today, I think I'm going to put some BioFreeze on them to make them feel better.  Plan for the day:

  • 4:00pm - Voting, then pick up my kids from school
  • 5:00pm - Dinner with my kids and STBX

6:00pm - After dinner, I went to the LBS and did some really cool shopping.  :)
