11:30am - Snuck out to the gym for a 2-mile quickie on the treadmill.  It felt good to get my legs going again after a week off.

7:30am - The rumor at work is that today they're going to start announcing the layoffs, so everyone's on edge.  I'm also meeting with my health coach from the wellness center at work this morning.  This should be an interesting day.

10:00am - I feel like I'm sitting here in a foxhole (my cubicle) hearing other people around me getting whacked, one so far in my row.  What fun!  :(

1:30pm - Well, we had 10% of the workforce in our division cut today, but my job is safe for now.  :)
