8:00am - Lap swimming at Boston Sports Club.  I forgot my watch, so I just swam and tracked my time using the clock on the wall.  I felt pretty beat, so I quit after 35 minutes.

10:00am - After a day of rest yesterday I felt better today.  I was going to do spin class and then a quick transition run on the treadmill, but I got to the gym early so I did a run-bike-run.  I felt like I could have gone longer on the second run, but I needed to get to the office.

Today I'm having lunch with my coach, then tonight my wife and I have our second dance lesson.

9:00pm - Dance class was fun tonight, but my legs were pretty tired by the time we were done.  I felt weird doing it, but midway through the lessons I had to stretch my quads and hamstrings.

Today I'm supposed to swim for an hour, but after suffering through my workouts the last two days I really have no ambition to go to the gym.  I think I'm going to try taking today off and see how I feel tomorrow.

8:00am - This morning I did spinning class before work.  I had planned on riding for 90 minutes (45 minute class + 45 minutes on my own) but I had absolutely no energy so I barely made it through 60 minutes.

On a positive note, the HRM in my Garmin seemed to work okay after not working this weekend.  I think I'm going to change the battery in the transmitter strap though, just to be safe.

8:30am - This morning I felt really sluggish in the pool, and my times confirmed that.  I swam at the Boston Sports Club near my office in their 20 meter pool, which is why I did a 3x1000m set (beyond 1000m I lose count and start to lose my mind).

9:30am - Met with my health coach at work and weighed in, my weight crept up .4 pounds last week.  Given all the stress going on in my life right now and all the crap that I ate this weekend, I'm not surprised.  I'm still .4 pounds ahead of my plan, but I need to be more careful this week.
