Met with the health coach at work again today.  It's been two weeks since I met with her, but in that time I lost 3.8 pounds, mainly due to my two big races.  I was glad to see that even with all the pigging out I did on vacation, my weight is still down.

Starting to think about what comes next, as I'm all done with triathlons for the season.  I need to spend some time working on things at home (for those who don't already know, my wife and I separated about a month ago), and I need to focus on my running.

The health coach at work leads a walking group every Tuesday and Thursday at lunch, and even though my legs are pretty tired I told her that I'll probably join them tomorrow just to get outside and get moving again.  She laughed and said that there's usually a "bunch of medical forms to fill out" but that since I had completed two triathlons in 8 days, she had "no concerns about me being able to walk 3 miles"!  LOL!
