Tomorrow morning I leave for a 5-day camping trip to Watkins Glen, NY with some friends.  Basically we go to the race track (Watkins Glen International) to watch auto racing, BBQ, drink beer and basically act like rednecks for a few days.  And oh yeah, I'll also do some training while I'm there!

8:00am - Lap swimming at Boston Sports Club.  I forgot my watch, so I just swam and tracked my time using the clock on the wall.  I felt pretty beat, so I quit after 35 minutes.
