Second ocean swim. Felt better in the water. I think it helped that it was a busy day at the beach and not as scary with all of the people there. I'll do a few more pool swims and then get back into the ocean for more practice.

I wasn't feeling so hot and was down for the count for the last couple of days. I finally feel like myself again, and I am ready to get back at it! :)

Did some easy swimming. Spent alot of time coaching my training partner, so it wasn't too hard of a workout. That works out ok because I am sore from yoga yesterday!
