This was my first time running 5k without stopping. I have run off and on in the past, but I never really pushed myself to hit that 5k mark. I only just started up again a couple of weeks ago, and just ran 2 miles or so each time. I entered this race with the goal of just doing the whole thing without stopping to walk. I did it. Next time I will do it in under 30!
