Short term goals
- Build solid foundation for training after surgery
Had ACL and Meniscus repair on 06/12/08 Went fine :-D Had Microdiscetomy on 11/19/07 for fragment in lower disc (L5-S1) and (L4-L5) Went fine :-D
This Week: Mon: rest day - yoga at night
Tues: bike, training session
Weds: run in the a.m. with core and Swim in the PM with Racheal
Thurs: run in the a.m. and legs and spin in the p.m.
Fri: swim in the a.m.
Sat: double brick
Sun: spin in the a.m., swim in the p.m.

2008 Strengthen my knee and back and listen to what my body says. Goal - Quarter Iron in Galveston, will probably opt for St. Paddy's day sprint as a warm up
