Getting back into the swing of things

Ran with Sabrina and Melissa
We warmed up with 200m stretched and then we all ran 20 mins continuous (this was a first for Sabrina, and Mel and I were soooooo proud of her!) We walked about 300 m together to cool down and then Mel and I ran another mile.
It's a great day. Sabrina accomplished what she didn't think she could. Now that she knows there's no barrier there, I wonder what she will attempt next?

tried to pick up the pace each time, but not pushing off of the walls made things a little tougher to keep up my normal 'pace'.
