run on the treadmill at the gym
did some back work and also abs and core.
Woke up early since Kelvin was coughing so I was at the gym by 5 am today. Got on the treadmill and turned on the IPOD and away I went. Felt pretty good, a few times I would push the speed up more to around 6.0-6.5 and run that spped for a few songs. Then I took it back down to 5.6 and maintained my speed. I really get a kick out of the people that come to the gym and bring like a gallon size water jug LOL Ya think they are really going to drink all that. WELL a guy on the treadmill next to me had is some how setting up on the treadmill as he was walking. Beforre long it felt off down onto the side of the treadmill on the floor. I was LOL to myself thinking he must feel pretty dumb about now LOL

did arms and legs at the gyn. used free weights
To the gym this am. I was feeling like I still had a touch of the cold over the weekend. K has had it bad and I thought maybe it is coming back to me! BUT I took some liuid cold medicine and that helped. Throat not sore like it had been. My eyes in the am are a bit weepie so need to keep a eye on that. Gym was not real crowded since the weather is winter like today

running drills with CWW, we met at south high school, did a warm up run then did the different drills that they have been teaching us. It went well and boy an hour goes by fast. I enjoyed the training and what a great way to start a Saturday. I would say total distance we did was 3.0 mile maybe a little more.

swim training at ACC with CWW
Prison run out the front door. Not to bad one of these days I need to pretned it is a real event and push myself to see if I can get faster at it. I have swim class tonight so will post that information later tonight. On the run today I got thinking about when I first did the prison run and how I thought I was going to die LOL. I feel so much different these days but I know I can push harder if I put my mind to it. It felt great to get out of the office today just to be in the fresh air and see the mountains.
well swim class was great worked us hard! The kicking with the paddles boards was great work out! Once I get going in swim class it kicks in and I just keep swimming doing the best that I can.
calories burned running 539 swimming 437. so not to bad at all. After the run I felt like I could eat a horse LOL but had my frozen meal and then a protein bar later before swim class
