good workout on the dreadmill at they gym at work. first 15 was fast walk warm up and then the other 15 a slow job but at least a jog. we will walk cooper tonight too

today on my lunch hour I did the jillian kettle bell workout for 30 min
tonight I walked cooper for his 30 min walk.
