I did the jillian kettle bell workout at lunch 30 minutes

at the yoga room at work. boy a real wet and rainy day today. the workout made me feel better

bike in the gym at work on the lifecycle hill route level 7 good work out.
we also took cooper for his evening walk and got in a good walk and there is this one hill
that is a real killer and we took the route back home that takes us up that hill. I told J we need to do that route more often : )

did not work out at lunch. I had to go do valentines shopping. But I did get a walk in tonight with my valentine Jerry and our dog cooper. also signed up for a st paddys run march 15th in tacoma

good workout on the dreadmill at they gym at work. first 15 was fast walk warm up and then the other 15 a slow job but at least a jog. we will walk cooper tonight too
