I think I'm going to take the rest of this week and weekend off as my body and my mind are just plain tired.  I've been training hard since last November for the Ironman Cali 70.3 and IMKY.  It's time to take a little break.

Did the elliptical machine today. My left lower inside leg is messed up. I'm not sure if it is shin splints or an achillies problem. I'm seeing the PT guy on Thursday.

Walked all over Chicago following my wife who was running the marathon. She finished in 3:52:05. Which was great for such a hot day.
