Me left knee is still bothering me.  Not as sore as yesterday, but still not 100%.  Going to ride for an hour tonight and see how that goes.

My left knee is really hurting me.  The pain is on the outside portion of my knee, between the joints.  I'm seeing the doctor on Thursday for something else, but will have this looked at as well.  Ugh.
